Creative Cuisine’s Salisbury site was purpose built to meet the unique requirements of a multi-facet food preparation plant. The facility commencing operations in December 2002 and was initially designed to operate at a capacity of 50MT of food per week, we are currently operating at approx 50% of capacity.
Four product groups being manufactured through the Salisbury plant:
- Fully prepared and semi prepared meals solutions for foodservice / catering / retail.
- Value added Chicken/Meat – raw.
- Value added Seafood – raw, partially cooked and ready to eat.
- Prepacked fresh meal packs, sandwiches and salads
